Scale of suffering of kids who lost their parents, siblings or grandparents is very hard to imagine by adults. On the other hand, it should be an obligation to them to enable these children to live through bereavement in a proper way.
Orphaned Children’s Fund, a national initiative, encompasses all children whose deceased relatives were cared for in hospices. Through the internet program “Tumbo helps’ it provides education to environment they live in: to parents, teachers, school friends and all those interested how to handle these difficult situations. “Tumbo” is also a platform for kids themselves to contact a psychologist, a priest or a doctor.
